Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed and shipped on the next business day following the order date. Our shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

​

  • Orders placed on Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.

  • Orders placed on Wednesday will ship on Thursday.

  • Orders placed on Thursday will ship on the following Tuesday.​

​

Please note that orders placed from Friday to Monday will be processed and shipped on Tuesday.

Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of delivery of your purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for the full refund. Buyer covers return shipping cost.

If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, it will no longer qualify for a refund, but it DOES qualify for our lifetime warranty. Please send us an email at customercare@cspreman.com to file a warranty claim.

 

Please review the following guidelines:

 

Excellent Condition:

No deductions for unused, undamaged, or unaltered items with all original components, seals, and certificates intact.

Good Condition:

15%–30% deduction for items with opened packaging or unattached tags while maintaining the original product condition.

Fair Condition:

35%–50% deduction for items with missing parts, signs of wear, installation, or difficulty resetting to factory settings.

Poor Condition:

No refund for significantly damaged or altered items, missing essential parts, or items that cannot be resold.

 

NO REFUNDS ON THE 1% ADVANCED FLOW-MATCH SERVICING

 

Return Process:

  • Initiate return within 30 days of receipt.

  • Await approval and return instructions.

  • Securely package the item for return shipping.

  • Refund issued after inspection, with deductions if applicable.
